The world of work is changing rapidly to adjust to the new normal reset post pandemic. From manufacturing, supply chain, consumer retail to healthcare and IT&T, employers in different industries are exploring the future of work and how their businesses will need to be prepared for what is coming in 2021 in Asia.  

 

We’re excited to introduce Spring Professional’s 2021 thought leadership study the Asia Professional Talent Survey, which aims to collect opinions from permanent candidates across the Greater China and South East Asia markets. Rapid upgrade of technologies can create better and stronger automation or digitalisation solutions, yet to make the future of businesses succeed we must not oversee the importance of our people. Spring Professional 2021  Asia Professional Talent Survey is designed to learn what candidates need from employers from the perspective of Employer Attractiveness, Candidate Experience and Skill Readiness in a new world of work.  

 

74% employers find talent attraction important even during and post pandemic based on our Future of Work Post Pandemic Guide published in 2020. “From time to time, employers must be open-minded to hear the voices of candidates in the market to understand what will attract the right talent join their organisations to contribute to the business growth, transformation, or profitability in a changing world of work”,  said Pete Chia, Managing Director of Spring Professional Greater China.  

 

The information collected from participants and insights from our recruitment experts will be consolidated into an employer guidebook to navigate business leaders in Asia to develop 2021 talent strategies to spring ahead of the curve!
