Rights of Users and Legal Guardians and the Method of Exercising thereof
Users and their legal guardians may, at any time, access to or correct their personal information or personal information of children under 14 and request for withdrawal from membership.

If you want to access to or correct your personal information or personal information of children under 14, you may click “My Dashboard”. If you want to withdraw from membership (withdrawal of consent), you may click “Close Account” to directly withdraw from membership after proceeding with the identity verification.

If you request us to correct any factual errors in your personal information, we will not use nor provide the information until we complete correction of the error.
